Coiled Tubing & Wireline Units are specialized service equipment designed to perform a broad spectrum of well intervention and maintenance operations in oil and gas fields.

Coiled tubing units utilize continuous lengths of flexible steel pipe, which can be inserted into wells under pressure to perform tasks such as cleanouts, acidizing, milling, and logging. These units enable efficient intervention without the need to remove the wellhead, reducing downtime and minimizing operational risks.

FRC is working with manufacturers of coiled tubing units, providing truck, trailer, and skid-mounted models that can be tailored to meet your specific requirements. Designs are adapted according to road regulations and the operational environment, with reel skids and trailers available for handling larger tubing sizes. The offered truck-mounted coiled tubing units feature a compact, lightweight build engineered to accommodate maximum tubing capacity, and an optional crane installation is available. For offshore operations, the skid-mounted units come in multiple configurations to suit different needs. Each unit includes the necessary pressure control equipment, injector, and a comprehensive software package.

Wireline units, meanwhile, deploy a single-strand cable to convey tools and instruments into the wellbore for tasks like perforating, logging, setting plugs, and retrieving downhole equipment. Both coiled tubing and wireline units are valued for their mobility, rapid deployment, and ability to execute complex operations with precision and minimal disruption to production. Applications include well stimulation, scale removal, fishing operations, diagnostic logging, and routine maintenance, making them essential for maintaining well integrity and optimizing production throughout the lifecycle of oil and gas wells.

Wireline Units are designed for cased hole slickline, logging, and open hole logging applications, available in truck, trailer, or skid-mounted configurations. Flexible designs and multiple configurations ensure suitability for any operational environment, including arctic, desert, and offshore locations. Interior layouts prioritize user comfort without compromising functionality. Units can be powered by diesel-gas engines or electric motors  to meet desired horsepower requirements. Integrated control consoles feature pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems. These fit-for-purpose Wireline Units offer high efficiency, easy maintenance, and customizable operator cabins, winch models, and pressure control panels.
